Abstract
Combined with one residential building work in Xi'an,in order to meet the safety and cost requirements natural foundation and box foundation are adopted for foundation treatment,calculation of bearing capacity of foundation and estimation of foundation settlement show the treatment of foundation can meet requirements on bearing capacity and deformation,which reduces time limit with low cost and small impacts on environment.
