Abstract
The canal irrigation is the major irrigation form of agricultural irrigation in our country.To develop the canal water saving irrigation is the main approach to settle confliction of agricultural water use.This paper analyzed the present situation,existing questions and the restrict factors of water saving irrigation development in canal irrigation region.Through the integration of the water saving irrigation technology in canal irrigation region,and demonstration research analysis,this paper put forward some effective solution methods.
