Abstract

The existing problems in the water saving irrigation of the Tanglai canal irrigation area are analyzed and the application of information technology to the water saving irrigation of the Tanglai canal irrigation area and the effects achieved as well as the countermeasures for future informatization of the irrigation area are discussed.
