Abstract

In order to obtain a industrial strain with higher L-lactic acid yield, the original strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus was mutated by means of compound mutagenesis(UV and LiCl) and selected by bromocresol purple plate. The selected strain was studied by fermentation in shake flask. Then,a mutation strain L3 with a higher L-lactic acid production of 58.65g/L was obtained,L-lactic acid was enhanced by 60.77% compared with that of original strain.
