Abstract

A high-yield strain D(69.36 g/L)was selected from 5 strains(A,B,C,D,E).Ultraviolet ray mutation breeding was carried out by using strain D as original strain. The mutation treatment and final screening results show that the yield of lactic acid of strain D6 is 71.73 g/L and 2.37 g/L higher than that of original strain.
