Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Asarum heterotropides Fr Schmidt.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)Kitag.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel columns and identified on the physical-chemical properties along with spectral analysis. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as aristololactamⅠ(1),7-methoxy-aristololactam(2),aristolochic acid Ⅳa(3),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(4),5,7-di-O-β-D-glucpyranosyl-narigenin(5),2,6-dimethoxy-4-methylphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6).Conclusions Among them, compounds 4 and 6 are isolated from Asarum genus for the first time, and compounds 2 and 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
