Clinical research on the treatment for uremia pruritus by hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect on the treatment of uremia pruritus by HP-HD(Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis).Methods: All of 20 cases with the symptoms of uremia pruritus were treated by means of HP-HD.Results: Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis could effectively eliminate PTH,alleviate the skin pruritus(P0.05).Conclusion: Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can improve the life and has great value in clinical application.
