Circular Economy in Market Economy Development

Circular economy is an economic activity in human society guided by ecological Laws.It stresses that ecological environment should be protected in a closed-loop model which takes resource using efficiency improvement as basis,the rebirth,recycling and safe disposal as means,sustainable development as objective.Developing recycling economy is need to protect ecological environment,the need for rational use of natural resources,the advanced form of taking a new road to industrialization.To complete party's objective of full realization of building a moderately prosperous society put forward in the 17th Congress,we must change economic growth,promote sustainable development.Circular economy is fundamental way out.
