The Development and a Commentary of Circular Economy

According to the development of the trend of thoughts of global environmental protection,the thought of circular economy falls into three stages: gernination stage,birth stage,and quick development stage.After the thought of cirular economy was advanced,scholars home and abroad have regarded circular economy as a part of ecological economy,and set about to carry out individual research into resources,energies,and the process of manufacture of products and their efficiency of application.Through the research,it is known that circular economy is a mode of economic growth which has as its core the efficient and circular use of resources,has as its principles amount-reduction,recycling,and resourcification,which is in line with the conception of sustainable development.
