Abstract

This paper studied the anti-outside oxidizes effect and the effect of protecting liver of Forsythia suspense leaves.Enzyme activiy was determined by pyrogallo autoxidation micro method(420nm).The scavenging effect of FSE(extracts of Forsy thia suspense leaves infusion tea) on hydroxyl radicals(~·OH) was studied by Fenton method.The conclusion was that FSE had the effect of anti-oxidation.
