Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of As2O3 on Survivin in BIU-87 cell line.Methods:To treat the BIU-87 cells by As2O3 at different concentration,then detect the proliferation activity of BIU-87 by MTT assay,while the expression of Survivin,cell cycle and apoptosis by flow cytometry.Results:After treated with As2O3,the proliferation activity of BIU-87 cells were significantly slowed down compare to the control group,with an evident time and dose-response relationship.As2O3 can induce the apoptosis of BIU-87 cells with concentration dependent.After cultured with As2O3 the expression of Survivin was downregulated significantly,which were concentration dependent.Conclusion:As2O3 can inhibit proliferation activity of BIU-87 cell and reduce the expression of Survivin,induce the apoptosis of BIU-87 cell with concentration dependant.
