Abstract
This paper discusses some problems in deep well cementing including the newest ISO standard method to measure the top compressive strength of long segment cement, cementing temperature, slim an- nular cementing, rheological tests on drilling and cementing fluids, cement sheath shrinkage and cementing engineering design. Cement sheath and casing corrosion by drilling fluid and completion fluid, plugging in deep well, low density cement slurry system in ultra-high temperature cementing are also involved.
