The Preparement on Polyether Polyurethane Elastomer Material Based HTPB/IPDI

Abstract

The Polyether Polyurethane elastomer were prepared from hydroxyle-terminated polybutadiene (HT-PB), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), 1,4-butylcne glycol, stannous octoate and SiO_2 in direction. The properties of material were studied by adjusting the scale of 1,4-butylene glycol, index of isocyanate, the content of SiO_2 and stannous octoate. The test of stable were done. The properties of viscosity and technical were tested. The results state that the good properties of technical and mechanics for material can be prepared by the scale of 1,4-butylene glycol for 4, index of isocyanate for 1.20, the content of SiO_2 for 12.5g, stannous octoate for 0.4g.
