Abstract

The Polyether Polyurethane elastomer material were prepared from hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)/toluene dissocyanate(TDI),3,5-dimetylthio toluene dianiline(DMTDA)as extending agent.The properties of material were studied by adjusting the index of NCO,the scale of extending agent and heat treatment.The effect of storing for material were done.The results state that the properties of technical could be increased by adjusting the index of NCO,the scale of extending agent and increasing heat treatment time.The good properties of technical material could be prepared by the index of NCO for 1.10,NH2/ OH for 0.30 and heat treatment time for 2h.
