Clinical Observe of Serum Ferritin Level In The Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver

OBJECTIVES To observe of serum ferritin level in the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes with nonalcoholic fatty liver. METHODS hospital inpatient and outpatient endocrine newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients 88 cases,according to color Doppler ultrasound test results is complicated by fatty liver is divided into two groups,A(simple diabetic group)46 and B(diabetic fatty liver group)42 cases of determination of FPG,PPG,body mass inde(BMI),TC,TG,ALT,AST, GGT,AKP,HbA1C,serum ferritin(SF). RESULTS Two groups of BMI,AKP,HbA1C,FPG, PPG, TC was no significant difference between the two groups ALT,AST,GGT,TG,SF a significant difference(P0.05). CONCLUSIONS newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with ferritin levels were significantly higher than that in patients with type 2 diabetes,ferritin levels may be elevated in type 2 diabetic patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver in one of the reasons.
