Abstract

VLAN is that network knots in different physics position constitute different logical sub-networks according to the demand , in fact,VLAN is a logical broadcasting network which may cover many network equipments.VLAN allow network user in different position enter a broadcasting network and share a broadcasting network.a construction of VLAN may control broadcasting storm so as to increase entire characters and security of exchange networks.application of VLAN technique in campus network may be favourable to management of campus network and guarantee high speed operation of campus network.
