Abstract
LAMP(Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification) as a novel method has been used to rapidly detect pathogenic bacteria in raw milk and dairy products. Its advantages include easy operation, rapid detection and strong specificity, which is the reason to be widely used to detect pathogenic bacteria in dairy at present. This paper reviewed the principle, identifying and detection methods of LAMP,as well as its applications in raw milk and dairy products detection.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
