Statistic analysis on the drug resistance test results of urogenital mycoplasm from STD outpatients

Objective To study the drug resistance status of urogenital ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and mycoplasma hominis(Mh) of mycoplasma gathered from STD outpatients,and provide the reference for clinical remedy.MethodsUu and Mh were detected in mycoplasma biological test kit while drug resistance test to 9 kinds of antibiotics were carried out.The data for the past five years are statistically analyzed.ResultsPristinamycin,Josamycin and Doxycycline are the most effective antibiotics in all 3 infection situation.The sensitive ratio are all above 94%.ConclusionPristinamycin,Josamycin and Doxycycline could be the preferred antibiotics to cure mycoplasma infection currently;There exist differences between the drug resistance spectrum of Uu and Mh;Antibiotics-abuse could be one of the main causes to induce variation in drug resistance spectrum of mycoplasma.
