Abstract

Service is the essential of logistics.It directly influences the survival and development of logistics enterprises that how to realize quick efficient and exact economical logistics service.Hence how to improve logistics enterprise's service quality is an important issue which is urgently in need of solution.This paper starting form the practice of logistics enterprise,proposes operable strategies to improve the logistics service quality,such as enforce the consciousness of service quality,build fire-new logistics service quality management systems,specify management,adopt advanced logistics technology,etc.
