Abstract
X shi Xcan form different syntactic distribution and combination,and shihas the two-valency semantic features of expressing judgement,concession,stress and linkage.Although A,B and X shi X,but B differ in that the objects are compatiple or not;the structure X shi X,but Bcan be devided into practical things and impractical things,and it has the same psychological foundation and semantic premise as the structure X1 shi X1,X2 shi X2 which expresses the boundary between the two things.
