Abstract
In this study, genomic DNA extracted from the maize F1 hybrids-Zhendan 958 and its parental lines was subjected to SSR analysis with 50 pairs of primer to test which ones will show its parents supplementary belt in Zhendan 958 maize hybrid. Four of them could detect polymorphism between the male parents and the female parents of the hybrid. Result shows that these 4 SSR primer pairs could be suitable for identifying the purity of this hybrid.
