Study on Identification the Purity of Maize Qiandan No.16 by SSR Marker

Abstract

It is significant to identify maize seeds quality on maize seed quality management.In this study,genomic DNA extracted from F1 hybird of Qiandan No.16 and its parental lines was subjected to SSR analysis with 30 pairs of primer.And three primer was screened,which with the male and the female parents polymorphism.The result showed that the three SSR primer could be suitable for identifying the purity of this hybrid.
