Abstract
Objective To observe the relationship between hepatitis B markers (HBV M)and HBV DNA with Pre S1. Methods Serum samples of 347 cases with HBsAg(+)as patient group and 77 cases with HBsAg(-)and HBeAg(-) as control were detected for HBV M or HBV DNA with Pre S1.Results Pre S1 positive rate in the HBeAg(+) group was higher than that in the other HBV M group(P0 01) The sensitivity and efficiency of Pre S1 test were higher than that of HBeAg test. Pre S1 had good correlative with HBV DNA. Conclusion Pre S1 test is better than HBeAg and could be treated as a good sign in the diagnosis of hepatitis B.
