On the Ethical Education of Chinese Citizens

Abstract
The ethical education of citizens is a problem of worldwide importance.Considering the major problems existing in the ethical reconstruction of Chinese people,such as the twist of personal moral integrity,the unconcerned attitude toward society,the lose of social morality,the auther lists a few points in the ethical education of Chinese citizen as follows:foster the consciousness of citizenship (including consciousness of equality,of master,of rights and responsibilities),foster public moral attitude of respecting other people,respecting rights and respecting the rules of social life,foster the sense of responsibilities of citizens,strengthen the education of traditional national morality,and then puts forward forms and ways of ethical education of Chinese citizens. [
