Expression and Signifcance of Survivin and Sp1 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

ObjectiveTo study relationship of expression of Survivin and Sp1 in the tissue of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer(NSCLC) with differentiation,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.MethodsThe expression of Survivin and Sp1 protein were detected by Sp1 immunohistochemical in the specimens of 120 cases of NSCLC and 40 cases of benign lung disease.ResultsThe positive rate of Survivin and Sp1 in NSCLC was 81.6%(98/120) and 62.5%(75/120) respectively,in the tissue of benign disease was 0% and 7.5%(3/40)respectively;Both Survivin and Sp1 had high expression with techique in NSCLC poor differentiation,Lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of Ⅲ,and the expression of Suvivin had positive relation with the expression of Sp1 in NSCLC tissues(rs=0.355,P=0.005).ConclusionThe expression of Survivin and Sp1 are high in NSCLC,they both have relationship with differentiation,Lymph node metastasis and clinical stage of NSCLC.
