Abstract
The Tianjin-Qinhuangdao Passenger Dedicated Railway is designed as a high-speed railway of 350 km/h.The Xiawuji Canal Bridge on the railway spanning the Tangshan-Tianjin Expressway is a three-way prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with span arrangement(80.6+128+80.6) m and the girder of the bridge is constructed by the cantilever casting by form travelers. The software of Bridge Doctor 3.0 is used to set up the finite element calculation models, the geometric shape and stress of the girder are calculated and are monitored in real time in the construction process and the filed measurements of the girder are compared to the calculations. The results show that the construction monitoring and control of the girder have ensured the stability status of the girder in the construction and the final controlled geometric shape of the girder is satisfactory.
