Urbanization and the Solution to Three Rural Issues

Influenced by the global economic crisis,China has to expand the domestic demand to stimulate and maintain economy growth. The implementation of urbanization strategy can not only expand domestic demand,but also bring some new perspectives in solving Three Rural Issues,i. e. agriculture,countryside and farmers issues. During the process of urbanization,one target is to enable farmers to leave off the countryside,and another target is to enable farmers to live in the urban area. The key to leaving is the authentic right for farmers' contracted land and homestead,and the key to living in the urban area is the solution for farmers' employment,housing,social security problems and the reform of the household registration system.
