Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy and side effects of scopolamine combined with tra-madol and fentanyl for patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) after hysterectomy. Methods fivety ASA I-Ⅱ patients were randomly divided into scopolamine group (group A) and droperidol group(group B). Result Sedation score in group B at 24 h was significantly higher than that in group A(P0.05). Side-effects were significantly more in group B than those in group A. Conclusion The analgesia efficacy of scopolamine combined with tramadol and fentanyl is effective and safe with less side effects than that if droperidol is added instead of scopolamine.
