Abstract
Objective To study the analgesia potency and side effects of tramadol combined with fentanyl postoperation of OSAS. Methods Forty patients with severe OSAS after UPPP operation , ASA I~II,randomly divided into two groups, tramadol group (group T,n=20) and fentanyl group (group F,n=20). Tramadol group received tramadol 400mg+fentanyl 0.5 mg+droperidol 2.5mg, Fentanyl group received fentanyl 1.5mg+droperidol 2.5mg. The visual analgesia scale(VAS) was assessed at 2,8,24,48hours after operation.Drugs dose and availability press times were compared and side effects were observed. Results VAS and drugs dose were no significant differences in two groups(P0.05). But side effects were significantly increased in group F compared with those in group T. Conclusions The analgesia potency of tramadol combined with fentanyl was the same as fentanyl after uppp operation, but side effects were significantly increased in group F. Analgesia of tramadol combined with fentanyl was more safe and efficient than that of fentanyl alone.
