Abstract

In view of the high cost of NdFeB permanent magnet material, an electromagnet calculation program is worked out and the design is optimied with complex method to decrease the dimensions of the magnet steel. Taking a 3KW、4 poles motor as an example, the results show that the designed motor with high efficiency and power factor attains the optimal goal.
