On Dialectic Interaction between Morality and Law in the Construction of Sincerity

Different humane environments and social conditions have created in China and western countries respective traditions of sincerity founded on morality and sincerity based upon legal principles.The lack of sincerity under the condition of socialist market economy can be interpreted from two aspects: sincerity founded on morality has not yet been modernized,and sincerity based upon legal principles has been reduced to empty talk,lacking in regulations.To strengthen the construction of sincerity and shape sincerity personality on the part of the citizens,not only should we attach importance to the independent functions and values of morality and law,but also facilitate positive interaction and mutual complementarities between morality and law.
