Clinical Study of Enteral Microecopharmaceutics Applying on Post-operative Patients Suffered Stomach Tumor

Objective To approach the clinical effects of enteral microecopharmaceutics on post-operative patients suffered stomach tumor.Methods 60 cases with stomach tumor were separated randomly into four groups,normal liquid group(A),parenteral nutrition group(B),enteral nutrition group(C)and enteral microecophar-maceutics group(D),which received different post-operative nutrition treatment.The perioperative changes of endotoxin,TNF and the number of lymphocyte in peripheral blood were analyzed,and the conditions of dysbacteriosis were detected.Results The lever of endotoxin in serum markedly decreased in the C and D group compared with A and B group,and in the D group,the lever of endotoxin is lower than the C group;The average of TNF in serum is decreased in each group after operation,in addition,the D group was lower than the other groups;The number of lymphocyte in serum increased after operation in the D group,the other groups have not significant alternation;The patients with intestinal microflora disorders in C and D group less than in A and B group,in addition,the D group was less than the C group.Conclusion Enteral microecopharmaceutics can improve the post-operation immunoreaction and decrease the post-operation infection rate of patients with stomach Tumor.
