Abstract
Before perfecting our criminal law on crimes against copyright, we should orientate the criminal protection of copyright reasonably in terms of criminal policies, improve its applicability technically,take into account the modernity of criminal legislation on crimes against copyright and the requirement of the overall features in the criminal law and pay adequate attention to the set-up of the criminal procedure system on copyright crimes and other factors.
