Abstract
Objective To predict the incidence of complication in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after hepatec tomy by thelevels of serum hepatic enzyme. Methods The clinical materials from 157 patients with HCC who underwent the hepatectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Result The incidence of complication after hepatomy was 31.21%.The levels of ALT and BIL during perioperative period we positively related to the incidence of complication after hepatectomy, the levels of PA during perioperative period we negatively related to the incidence. When the levelof ALT and BIL of the 1 st day after the operation was above 400 U/L,51μmol/L respectively, and the level of PA of the 1 st day after the operation was below 200mg/L,the incidence 41.17%,56.31% and 51.22% respectively.ConClusion Detection of the levels of serum hepatic enzyme can predict the incidence of complication after hepatectomy.
