Relationships between payment of the construction and engineering cost

Abstract

Based upon analysis of the engineering cost and investment situations of four types works the characteristics of finance investment are introduced as well as project risks of people who contract works or undertake contract projects.The rebate questions of advanced payment are discussed,at the same time suggestions are proposed for payment of construction in order to realize rational rebate of advanced payment.
