Abstract

The payment system construction is affected by the development of payment service organization and cashless payment tool,accomplishment of payment system construction and supervision of payment,etc.Hence,we should make the payment and settlement act to improve payment system construction,improve settlement supervision regulations,and establish China's payment and settlement system according to international standards and principles.
