Abstract
Objective:To study in patients with acute myocardial infarction by emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)early after reperfusion, the dynamic changes of the serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and the influence which to the ventricular remodeling. Methods:ARCHITECTI 2000 automatic immune analyzer from June 2008 to October 2009 in our hospital treatment of 59 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients with the quality of blood BNP concentration and with the PHILLIPSIE3S Doppler ultrasound to measure the patients left ventricular diameter, left ventricular end-systolic volume(ESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Results:The quality of the results of BNP concentration in the receiving PCI patients and the patients who did not receive PCI an early day 1,2 days, was no significant changes(P0.05),but in the first three days, the first 7 days,PCI group was significantly lower than non-PCI group(P0.05).1 week or so EDV,ESV values in the PCI group was significantly lower than the non-PCI group(P0.05),but the EF values between the two groups no significant difference in meaning. Conclusion:AMI patients undergoing PCI for early reperfusion can significantly reduce the first 3,7 days of BNP concentration, and thus can improve left ventricular function in patients with AMI and left ventricular remodeling.
