Abstract
Objective To study the impact of patients with acute myocardial infarction using percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) for serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and ventricular remodeling. Methods 60 cases of AMI patients according to the presence or absence of PCI patients will be divided into PCI group and non PCI group, serum BNP levels and detection of different periods by PhillipsIE33 Doppler ultrasound determination in patients with about 1 weeks left ventricular diameter, left ventricular end-systolic volume(ESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Results In two patients with EDV,ESV and LVEF,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Two patients in group 24h,48h at 72h,serum BNP level comparison, there were no significant differences between them(P0.05);7d when comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:With PCI early reperfusion can significantly reduce AMI patients the seventh days of the BNP concentration, and thus to improve left ventricular function of AMI patients and reduced left ventricular remodeling in AMI patients.
