Correlation Analysis of Farmer Cooperatives Managers' Ability and Performance

Abstract

To provide a reference for healthy development of farmer cooperatives,in allusion to 15 apple professional cooperatives in Yan' an City of Shaanxi Province,the evaluation index system and weights of farmer cooperatives and managers' ability were established,and the dimensionless treatment was conducted,then the evaluation values of farmer cooperatives' synthetical performance and managers' ability were calculated and correlation analysis of them were carried out.The results showed that managers ability had a positive correlation with farmer cooperatives' performance.The stronger the ability,the higher the performance.
