Abstract
Court authority is absent in our country, setting up the authority of courts are facing many difficulties: first, the court trial is effected by the party and government; second, the judicial corruption is serious; third, the court efficiency is inefficient; fourth, the final judgment of court is challenged; fifth, the court execution is difficult. The reasons lie in outdated concepts; defect of system and the independence of the judiciary. In order to set up court authority,we have to make efforts from the following aspects: renewing the ideas: setting up court authority from the ideology; improving the system: establishing court authority from the normative sense; independent trial: building good environment to establish the judicial authority.
