Abstract
The volatile components of the seed of comphor tree were separated and identified by solid phase micro-extraction and GC-MS in hyphenation, and their relative contents(in %) were found by the method of normalization.Totally 76 compounds were separated among which 47 compounds were identified and determined, amounting to 97.4% of the total peak areas of the volatile components. The main compounds found were as follows(relative %): camphor(57.89%),limonene(12.68%),α-pinene(4.42%),camphene(2.69%),aromadendrene(2.34%),o-cymene(2.26%),β-pinene(2.12%).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
