Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Controlled Clinical Observation of Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

[Objective] To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of cerebral infarction.[Methods] 80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases of the control group was treated with routine western medicines.The treatment group 40 cases of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,treatment of Western medicine and control group.All 3 weeks 1 treatment courses,1 courses of treatment(21 days) to judge the curative effect.[Results] The treatment group clinical cure in 16 cases,effective in 15 cases,effective in 6 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 95.50%.The control group in clinical cure in 12 cases,effective in 13 cases,effective in 7 cases,ineffective in 8 cases,the total effective rate was 80%.The curative effect in treatment group was superior to control group.[Conclusion] Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve curative effect,reduce the rate of disability and mortality,compared with the pure western medicine treatment is more effective.
