Application research on clinical nursing pathway in lung cancer patients with surgery

Objective To analyze the influence of the clinical nursing pathway on the treatment of lung cancer patients with surgery.Methods148 lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,and each group had 74 patients.Clinical nursing pathway was adopted in CP group and the traditional nursing in non-CP group.The results of treatment and nursing were observed and compared.Results In CP group,the satisfaction is 98.65%,the complication rates is 6.76%,the average hospitalization expenses is(2.21±0.26)×104 yuan,the average days of hospital stay is(14.58±2.34)days;in non-CP group,the satisfaction is 89.19%,the complication rate is 24.32%,the average hospitalization expenses is(2.85±0.31)×104 yuan,the average days of hospital stay is(19.87±3.04)days.There are significant differences between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway could improve the patients' satisfaction of nursing quality and reduce the complication rates,the average hospitalization expenses,the average days of hospital stay,it's worth to be applied widely.
