Explore the effect of clinical pathway nursing in fraction of ankle

Objective:To explore the effects of clinical pathway nursing in patients with the fraction of ankle.Methods: According to admission time,We divided the 50 patients with the fraction of ankle into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group were received the clinical pathway nursing,the control group were given the routine nursing.A comparison was conducted between the two groups in the average day and cost for hospitalization and the satisfaction to nursing.Results:The average day and cost for hospitalization in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The satisfaction to nursing in the intervention group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusions:Clinical pathway nursing management of fraction of ankle can shorten the average day for hospitalization,lower the cost for hospitalization,and enhancement the patients satisfaction to nursing.
