Abstract
Main influencing factors of agricultural mechanization level were analyzed firstly,it hold that the influencing factors of agricultural mechanization level were mainly 3 aspects,namely,reflected the agricultural mechanization work degree of agricultural mechanization in agricultural production,reflected the agricultural mechanization comprehensive guarantee ability of agricultural comprehensive development ability and agricultural mechanization comprehensive benefits after agricultural mechanization implemention.Based on the uncertainty and fuzziness of agricultural mechanization level evaluation,using fuzzy complementation to judge matrix and confirm indexes weights,moreover,using triangular fuzzy number to depict conservative value and optimistic value evaluated by group experts,the evaluation methods for agricultural mechanization level based on triangular fuzzy number were given out,and it pointed out 4 steps in the evaluation process of agricultural mechanization level based on triangular fuzzy number,namely information collection,indexes weights determination,fuzzy information processing and evaluation and feedback.Finally,combining with the actual situation of some county,the development plan of agriculture was formulated,and Agriculture Research Institutes and related experts were invited to evaluate agricultural mechanization level using hundred-mark system and calculate agricultural mechanization level of the county belongs to membership of evaluation scale.Based on maximum membership principle,it achieved that the agricultural mechanization level of the county was high,in other words,based on the popularization of agricultural mechanization for many years,the agricultural mechanization level of the county was high and had certain mechanization ability.
