Cointegration analysis of agricultural mechanization and agricultural logistics

Abstract

Based on research status of agricultural mechanization,this paper selected index system that could represent the level of agricultural mechanization,selected time series of indicators from 2003 to 2010,and evaluated the level of development of agricultural mechanization by using entropy weight method and fuzzy matter-element analysis.Based on VAR Model,this paper analyzed the relationship between the level of agricultural mechanization and the development of agricultural logistics by using cointegration analysis,ECM,impulse response and variance decomposition.Results showed that,long-term cointegration relationship existed between the agricultural mechanization and the development of agricultural logistics.Agricultural mechanization could effectively promote development of agricultural logistics,and as the period goes on,disturbance impact and contribution would gradually stabilize.
