Abstract

In this paper,based on the resource-based theory and competence theory of the firm,competitive factors which influence enterprises competitive advantage are sought in the logistics enterprise.Through the analysis of the logistics enterprise's value chain composition,the conclusion is draw which strategic resources is composed by human resources,financial resources,reputation resource and relation resource,distinctive competence is composed by customer service competence,marketing competence,innovation competence and the competence of resource integration of logistics.
