Cultural Properties and Instruction of College Physical Education

The article considers the local,trendy and cultural properties of physical education in an attempt to explore the optimized approach toward the revolution of physical education.It suggests that community culture and on-campus atmosphere of physical education be fully used to improve college students' cultural qualities and teaching effects.
