Evaluation on Urban Innovation Environment——In Hebei Province as an Example

Abstract

The key factors affecting urban innovation environments were analyzed.On the basis of this,urban innovation environment evaluation indicator system of Hebei province was built.Taking Hebei province as examples and according to indicators data,urban innovation environment of Hebei province since the implementation of great changes within three years policy was evaluated by using multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results indicate that the rating level of urban innovation environment of Hebei province is good with perfect policy and law environment and good market environment,but there are few lacks in the human environment,the basic environment and the mechanism environment.The research conclusion has important realistic and guiding significance on accelerating the construction of innovation city and enhancing the ability of sustainable development in Hebei province and it also can provide reference to construction of innovation environment in other same province.
