Scientific evaluation and promoting strategy of integrated development of urban and rural——In the case of Hebei province

Scientific evaluation of integrated development of urban and rural areas is starting point to define clearly development priorities and formulate policy recommendations.In this paper,Firstly,the evaluation system on urban-rural integration was built,and based on the data of Hebei province in 2009,an empirical analysis and scientific evaluation was taken for the 11 prefecture-level city in Hebei province,to tap the region's advantages and disadvantages of urban and rural development features,specifically to clear its future urban and rural focus and direction.Then made the sub-evaluation from the urban and rural incomes,industrial structure,infrastructure and other aspects,and analysis of the problems of urban and rural integration in Hebei province.Finally,based on a comprehensive evaluation of the integration,the strategies on the promotion of the development of urban and rural Hebei province were proposed.
